3D Printed Tools and Equipment for LEGO Minifigures

Ambulance Division

In addition to 3D printed and lighting products, I also do some custom ambulance fabrication work. Take a look!

The Original (Job 00000)

The first BCA100 Ambulance to hit the LEGO Brick Streets was the first version belonging to my own personal collection. Brickford City EMS Ambulance 1-4! It features my custom ambulance specific RGB lightbar, 12 of my custom built LUNA Micro LEDs (they fit inside headlight bricks), and 10 misc LEDs. All of these are controlled by my X1 custom control board, with a button for switching between response and scene lighting modes, as well as a separate circuit for steady burn scene/headlights.

The design is inspired by the following IRL Specifications:
Ford F-550 4×4
6.7L V8 turbo diesel engine
Type 1 Ambulance with a 170” body length
Load height 33”
24” curb side backboard compartment

The Penguin (Job 00001)

The second BCA100 Ambulance was a 1 of a 3 rig batch including “Ketchup N’ Mustard” and “The Classic” these are based on the original with a few modifications.

Ketchup N’ Mustard (Job 00002)

The third BCA100 Ambulance was a 2 of a 3 rig batch including “The Penguin” and “The Classic” these are based on the original with a few modifications.

The Seventh BCA100 Ambulance to hit the streets is this one for the Liberty County Fire Department based on the original with a few modifications. It also includes one of my best decal jobs to date!
